This splendid London subject shows the view looking east down Oxford Street from Marble Arch. The Arch itself is seen side-on at the right of the image, whilst double-decker buses with the old style of open stairs ply up and down along the busy shopping thoroughfare.
On pale cream wove paper with full margins and deckle edge. Very fine condition. |
