The earliest of Augustus John’s nude group study etchings. Signed in pencil by Augustus John; titled and numbered with edition and plate numbers in ink by Knewstub, Augustus John’s publisher.
On pale cream laid paper with full margins and deckle edge. Time toned verso only, remains of paper hinges at extreme edge of sheet verso; otherwise very good original condition. Image surface excellent. |
