Titled in pencil verso “Hampton Court”. This watercolour shows a view of Hampton Court Palace as seen from the lake in Hampton Court Park. A relatively early work by Guy Malet probably painted while he was based in London attending the Grosvenor School of Modern Art.
On cream wove paper; good original condition, faintest suggestion of foxing.
