In 1885 William Lionel Wyllie moved to Hoo Lodge where he built a studio at the top of the house with a commanding view across the estuary of the river Medway. Many of W.L.Wyllie's marine etchings and drypoints feature the small fishing vessels of this area and of the nearby coastal districts.
On cream laid paper with margins. Very fine condition.
