Original Graham Clilverd drypoint.
Excellent signed proof impression, aside from the only edition of 75 numbered impressions. This particularly fine presentation proof was given by Graham Clilverd to his close personal friend, Miss June Weston. The two remained close right up until Graham Clilverd's death in April 1978 at the age of 95.
Graham Clilverd chose an impression of this drypoint as his exhibition work at the Royal Academy of Arts in 1934.
On warm white wove paper with full margins and deckle edge. Excellent original condition. |
