Excellent signed proof impression with strong etched line.
Hedley Fitton made this splendid etched view of Limoges in 1910 but the edition was not published until the following year, hence the date of 1911 given in the old Dunthorne catalogue.
On cream laid paper with full margins and deckle edge. One or two very faint foxing spots, otherwise very fine original condition. Image surface excellent. |
